TechnologyBlooper's founder, Dr. William Coggshall (Bill), is a serial entrepreneur.
His entire career through 2012 was devoted to high-technology research and consulting,
including co-founding high-tech market research giant Dataquest (now part of Gartner).
He was the founder and president of Pacific Media
Associates for 20+ years, he was an acknowledged worldwide expert on
large-screen displays was a regular speaker at industry conferences on
large-screen displays, and was frequently quoted by national news, business,
and trade publications. Prior to founding Pacific Media Associates, Bill
founded Multimedia Research Group Inc. and Software Access International Inc.,
and prior to Dataquest was engaged in industry research at Creative Strategies
Inc. and in operations research at SRI International.
In January 2013 he founded Wild Bill Web Enterprises to develop several of his latest ideas.

Bill holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with honors from Cornell University
